Productivity and Others
Currently, our company has two factories in Hukou, Hsinchu city. The machine we serve are listed below:
General Materials Plant:
4-color printing machine, 7-color printing machine, three-side seal pouch machine, double T-Die PE extrusion lamination machine, multifunctional cutting machine, dry laminating machine, bag making machine, inspection machine, wax coating machine.
High-tech Materials Plant (Class 10,000 Cleanroom):
9-color printing machine, ESD coating machine, heat sealing testing machine, multifunctional cutting machine, bag making machine, inspection machine.
The third plant under new construction is expected to be completed for use in the summer of 2023. Where several new-model double T-Die extrusion lamination machines and printing machines will be imported and installed then.
FFPC is one of the few flexible packaging production companies within the industry to have a full-function self-production process. Our factories are equipped with production processes, including printing, inspection, dry lamination, extrusion lamination, ESD coating, wax coating, cutting, and pouch making.
Yes. FFPC is equipped with legal RTO and RCO waste gas decomposing eco-friendly facilities, as well as a dedicated environmental safety team to take on the relevant tasks. Although VOC volatile organic compounds result from the printing and compound manufacturing processes of flexible packaging, FFPC has made a big investment in setting up RCO and RTO waste gas concentrating and decomposing eco-friendly facilities, and is continuing to expand the scale of the eco-friendly facilities. FFPC has taken a share in corporate social responsibility to contribute to the sustainable development of the earth. Yes. Please contact your FFPC account managers for the relevant services; FFPC will arrange a professional electromechanical team to your location and provide the consultations or simple inspection and repair according to your needs.
Yes. Prior to the official supply collaboration, FFPC welcomes the customer to pay visits and tour our factory. After official supply collaboration, FFPC also welcomes clients to visit and inspect the factory. However, before entering the factory for a visit, the clients are required to sign a relevant non-disclosure agreement regarding the FFPC factory, and obey the relevant confidentiality acts as well as cleaning and epidemic-prevention rules.

In 1963, FFPC originated from an independent subsidiary company at the packing department under Wei Chuan Foods Corporation, it was the first flexible packaging and printing company in Taiwan, with Mr. Liea-Foo Huang, the famous Taiwanese entrepreneur as its first president, which was also the same founder for Hotai Motor.
In 1965, Wei Chuan Foods transferred ownership of FFPC to Hotai Motor (General Agency for Taiwan TOYOTA), where Mr. Yen-Hui Su, formerly the CEO of Hotai Motor, took on the post as the second-term president, and it has been a subsidiary company to Hotai Motor from then up till the present. With the outstanding background of FFPC, it is one of the few businesses that is not related to automobiles amongst the numerous affiliated companies under Hotai Motor Group, and it has been standing firmly for over a half-century, hence the industry clients can rely on us without concerns.
