Yes. FFPC will provide the same or similar packaging samples for the client’s reference and testing according to the client's needs. Moreover, prior to the official mass production, we will also conduct small batch sampling productions and provide them to the client to carry out the machine or manual trial packaging.

FFPC is equipped with the professional Design Department but only provides services for Pouch Dimension Editorial Layout Design or Per-press Color Proofing Design for clients with packaging that have already completed the drawings.

To accurately understand the client’s needs, please provide sample pouches for FFPC to analyze the materials when contacting FFPC for a quotation. Yes, additional cylinder fee or mold fee…etc. will need to be paid. The various cylinders or molds required in FFPC production process are customized for different clients, which cannot be commonly used for different packaging items.

If the material of the packaging has already been confirmed and has completed mass production as well as characteristic functional testing, it will require 14 to 45 days in general from placing the order to the shipment, which will differ depending on the complication of the manufacturing process, as well as the particularity of the materials.
